PHP and JavaScript developer with 6 months -2 years
of experience with WordPress, and other PHP Frameworks and CMSs.
We are looking for a PHP and JavaScript Developer with hands-on
experience of 6 months to 2 years with WordPress, and some hands-on
experience with JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery, jQuery UI, etc). The
Developer will be designing, developing, testing, and releasing features,
functionality, and modules that will form a part of our business logic
going forward. Apart from working with WordPress, the Developer will
also be working on other PHP based CMSs / Frameworks, JavaScript
frameworks like ReactJS etc, (experience in JavaScript frameworks is
good to have, but not required).
We are looking for someone who values writing clean code, is a quick
learner, can ensure high-performance & availability of the work product,
and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
• Writing clean, secure and quality application that scales with
concurrency.
• Hands-on development, debugging and on-going maintenance of new
and existing code (OO-PHP, MySQL, JSON, WordPress, Git, Mercurial,
etc).
• Design and develop new features and interfaces using modern web
programming paradigms.
• Build and maintain secure code.
• Create efficient database queries.
• Document code, concepts, business logic, and logistics.
• Organizes workload to meet deadlines as assigned by leadership.
• Ensures leadership is informed of schedules, timelines, statuses,
issues, mitigations and all other information.
