Our not-for-profit organization requires a simple CRM. PHASE 1) Review existing off the shelf products against our requirements and make a recommendation PHASE 2) Modify recommended CRM to suit needs of an education and training oriented not-for-profit. Tasks we would like to the system to handle: 1) Basic CRM fields a. Contact (contact name, address, title, etc.) b. Organization 2) Activity Tracking (interaction type, date, etc.) 3) Product or Program (description, dates available, cost, location) 4) Opportunity (Value, lead, linked to product, pipeline stage) 5) Case Management (Students) a. Instructor notes b. Participant scores and evaluation c. Track Participation and attendance in training program (Product) d. Track job placement attempts and interview notes 6) Dashboard (Reports in Table but with some visual) a. Visual Pipeline (showing days Opportunity is at a stage) b. Pipeline by User c. Pipeline by Product d. Reports exportable to Excel. Other Requirements Not recommend or develop a system that includes on-going monthly user charges. Can however, recommend a system that has a one-time cost. Can be cloud based or hosted on our own server. System must be mobile friendly, or have an app, to allow “remote” data entry on iOS and Android devices. Document Integration with OneDrive, Dropbox Calendar Integration with iCal, Exchange Task integration with Trello Mail integration with Apple Mail. ** (Desired but not critical) If recommending modification of an existing system should utilize Open Source platform such as Sugar, SuiteCRM, vTiger or Bitrix24, CiviCRM that we can fork/customize.

We have worked extensively in developing, deploying and supporting CRM packages – both on .Net Framework (Microsoft Technology Stack) and open source (LAMP stack) using vtiger. We have worked with simple to fairly complex workflow embedded implementations with email or SMS triggering and integration with Astrix PBX management. Depending upon the target environment we can customise the solution that works best for you, i.e. it will be one that is easy to use –we can provide continuous support consistent with your requirements. The integration with other applications will be done after obtaining APIs (for e.g. iCal Exchange, Trello and Apple mail) which may cost extra. Otherwise, the project will be executed by us for a one-time cost as required.

I have read your description and feel that Microsoft Access would be a great program for this. If you have Microsoft Professional you already have Microsoft Access. I can Build a Login screen and based on privileges the Switchboard will open to Admin or User screens. You can also set privacy settings for each person, example: Admin can view everything, User can Create but not delete, Read Only, you guessed it can read only. LOL ** Answer: If you Own Microsoft Professional you have it... (Not recommend or develop a system that includes on-going monthly user charges. Can however, recommend a system that has a one-time cost.) We can break ** Answer: It can be Both...(Can be cloud based or hosted on our own server.) ** Answer: You can create an app for forms or you can log into the shared drive on the internet.......(System must be mobile friendly, or have an app, to allow “remote” data entry on iOS and Android devices.) ** Answer: You can Put on both..(Document Integration with OneDrive, Dropbox) ** Answer: Not sure. I know it integrates to OUTLOOK and any Microsoft program..(Calendar Integration with iCal, Exchange ) ** Answer Not sure ...Because it is a paid program they would have to have a way to export data into excel and then Access can read it or I could build a custom task tracker in the database so you have it all in one place.
