Customize an existing WordPress theme for look and function

I already have a site that is up and running but hate the look of it. I want to hire a freelancer or firm who has deep experience with CSS, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and modification of the database. When a client signs up they will have the choice to sign up as an individual owner or as a commercial owner. Depending on the membership choice they will have features available or not to them. An example would be the calendar of availability. Obviously, if they are a commercial venture with many rentals of the same type, they would not need a calendar. Also, displaying daily rates is useless to the commercial customer since they have so many different styles available to them. I will give you an example of a website that I think looks sharp and ask you to bring my current site up to that level. I was going to put this in an hourly job, but because of the time difference many of us have with each other realized that just making this a bid project instead made more sense.
