custom woocommerce plugin production time

Hi i need a custom woocommerce plugin made to do the following: 1. Show estimated ready date 2. Date must be entered on backend on product page. Example i enter turnaround as 5 days. 3. Able to include holidays, weekends and closing days 4. Must be able to include a disclaimer text like below. That can be edited at any time. 5. Show on product page 6. Must work with time, i can set cut off time with my time zone. Example cut off time 12 PM Est. it will add one day. 7. Note with productime time, i will put example 8 days but it will actually be 9 days as it does not include the first day. Example text: After 1:00PM cut-off time. Turnaround will start on the next scheduled business day. Estimated Production Completion Date: 10/15/2015. This time may not include special options, proofs or graphic design.
