Custom Magento Plugin Modification - Integration With Epos Now

We have a new Magento site that we are launching soon and we need it to connect to the till system of our real world stores. The till system is called EposNow and there is already a plugin that integrates Magento via API, however this plugin only creates a link between magento and 1 of our real world stores, we need it to link to both of our stores so we can list and sell products from both.
