CSS Selector Change Option Visible Value / Drop Menu Selector Option Styling

In Contact Form 7, the WYSIWYG form builder displays drop menu code Like this: <label>Person to Contact (required) [select* person-selector id:fps-choose class:fps_agents include_blank "name1@[login to view URL]" "name2@[login to view URL]" "name3@[login to view URL]" ]</label> I need a way to mask and replace the visible value for each option without changing the actual value. Just like <a></a> does. <a href="mailto:email@[login to view URL]">Name Here</a> displays Name Here, but uses email@[login to view URL] as the value. So, people using the selector would see names instead of email addresses: <label>Person to Contact (required) [select* person-selector id:fps-choose class:fps_agents include_blank "name1@[login to view URL]" - Would display a name of my choice - but still use the email as the value "name2@[login to view URL]" - Would display a name of my choice - but still use the email as the value "name3@[login to view URL]" - Would display a name of my choice - but still use the email as the value ]</label>
