Create a Wordpress Template

Hi. I am starting an acadamey website. I have registered [login to view URL] and site is working with wordpress. I need a custom responsive template for my front page. With grey tile working as main header with acadamey name and logo, about, contact. Then slider. Then three subjects i intend to teach their boxes will include name and logo of subject, salient features and to buttons to join as students. One for first year students and other for second yr students. When clicked these buttons should lead to a rgisteration form which should include student name, Father name,college name, first year or second year option, email, phone number, and subject student wants to learn. When submitted this form should send this information to admin through email. Then green tile is our method of online teaching. Whose content i will edit later. Then comming soon tile which should also be editable. And the standrd footer. With my contact information and social media following buttons. Thats all i have in mind till now. Plz forgive me if i ask you later to add some litttle thing or two. Theme should work well on tabs and mobile. Color choice is your own but they should look good together and not very heavy.
