I want to create a payment plugin that tokenizes the card for woocommerce. The plugin would give options of multiple payment, the site owner can choose set inline payment where the payment page loads in an iframe or card details are entered on the website (this tokenizes the card) Also this would include a refund module. When transaction have been completed, the site owner can choose to refund the customer. API for these are available.
