Create a mini-site connected to an Open data API

Hello,

We need you to create a RESPONSIVE website (without any external dependancy like jquery or so on) based on a French Open Data API. The site is composed about 3 pages :

- homepage (nearly only a logo, a basic menu and a search form)

- result page

- text/content page where we can't put the content we want/need

The main point is that the site is based on the following API :

(all explanations in French, sorry).

You have to :

- create the script in order to generate the TOKEN verey time neded (and gab it) (you'll need to create a free account by your own in order to access the API/Token, we should easily put our userKey and userSecret instead of your own)

- create the script which will query the API

- create the script which will display answers

And by doing that, handle errors, display 'strict' answers and 'proposition of relative answers' if strict answers are not find, with a clear code that we can manage after code delivery. If there are multiples answers for the same 'query' please display all answers, one by line.

As API queries are limited to 30 every minutes and we hope to have success, you will also have to develop a 'rolling' credentials for API access (for example we could have 8/or more API account in order to query the API and allways be 'safe' in terms of API limit). If not clear please ask.

You'll also store in database all queries, and all results provided.

No worries on design, something like that [login to view URL] (on the homepage don't bother about the map) will be perfect (for Homepage (logo & search form) & result Page).

The side needs to be coded in php + mysql (and json for the API ;)
