Convert a wordpress template to an html template

Hi I've bought this template [login to view URL] But it's a wordpress theme and i am not familiar with that coding. So i would need somebody to convert it to an html website instead. It basically means i need the same front end features but i dont need to have a cms or control panel like wordpress. I need a html coding that i can easily modify by accessing the source code of the files. Website needs to be 100% like the demo meaning: responsive : i need it to act the same way than the original when you look at it from iphone, ipad, computer (there is an example on hostmonster website of all those features) parralax: the 2 layers effect stick to top menu Read the link i sent you all those details are well explained. It's simple i need you to be able to put all the website in a zip folder and i only need to transfer it to my server without confirguring anything and it will work. It"s easy because i need it exactly like the demo. Only thing from demo i dont need is the contact form. I will replace it with a simple email. But the rest is the same: home- about- gallery- blog- contact and the subpages too. 100% like demo. I've bought the template so templatemonster provided me a 500mb zip file with the theme and documentation that i will send to the provider I dont escrow any money, the way i work since many years on freelancer is that you work on your own server. Once you are done show me the link on your server. If everything is 100% like demo. I will send you the money. It's easy, fair and there no need to dispute. If website is 100% like demo you recieve money if it's 95% like demo i don't pay you until it's 100%. please read my reviews i am honest and always look for longterm partners. If everything goes well i usually give more than one project to the same partner. Thanks
