controlling some relays from web interface

I have a 8ch relay board that I bought from a web [login to view URL] relay has a running webserver on it. It has Android and windows applications to control [login to view URL] I want it to be HTML. HTML first should connect to relay web server and send a command. Command is :http://relayip/pwr/relays?ac=password Then from the answer it will understand which relays are open or close. (answer is {"v":[192]} like this.) for this example 192 means relay 7 and 8 are on others are off. Then HTML page will show relays 7 and 8 on I have made a excell file and attached to explain that.... Then there will be open all / close all button Then relay 1 on/off....relay 8 on/off buttons... I all have the commands to open or close a specific or all relays... I dont need mysql or php. This Html file will be running on a android tablet's local disk. (I also have a APK version if u want I can send it) I have time till 28 or 29th of November. Thanks
