Complete fixes/enhancements to an existing web application - editable tables/form validation - HTML5/PHP/MySQL/AJAX/Javascript/Jquery

I have an existing web application -- HTML5/PHP/MySQL/AJAX/Javascript/Jquery -- that is mostly based in this two templates: 1) [login to view URL] 2) [login to view URL] This application is used to generate operations using an interface with forms using different rules and simple arithmetic calculations to: 1 - generate PDF files for each transaction and 2 - insert data in to a table per each operation containing details. The users can interact and query the data using different tables and forms to achieve different actions ( insert /update) aprox 20 (lookup tab) . 1 section to upload and download files is also available. The administrators can manage different settings and access tho specific tables to achieve specific actions (management tab). We are looking to get this done ASAP. we need someone tho dive and understand the app to complete this -- and a possible extension of the project after a successful implementation.
