Build a Website

I am looking for an Experienced Web developer with competencies in 1) PHP 2) HTML and CSS 3) JAVA SCRIPT 4) MYSQL DATABASE I require a developer to create Php website. Candidate must be able to develop frontend and back-end. Kindly read below the functionality required for the site. Functions: 1) Site must use data generated from web through RSS feeds, API, Social media etc. 2) Data will be parsed and formatted for presentation on the site according to the site's front-end design. 3) Data will be stored in site's database and sites directory. 4) Site must have admin section. 5) Admin must have ability to delete data stored in database through site admins control panel. Deleted data should no longer appear on the site front end. 6) Content update for specific data/ variables taken from online data, must be available for manipulation through admin panel. e.g to change a name, age and url. The admin panel have a form to make changes and save. The changes would reflect in the from end accordingly. Core Objectives 1) Retrieval of information from online sources 2) Information parsing 3) Auto and manual data manipulation (Admin back-end) 4) Database interactions 5) Front end presentation (integrate sites front-end) Ecosystem: 1) Sites should be very light on server resource. 2) Security! Site should be very secure. 3) Site should be easily manageable; most maintenance task should be accomplished in the admin back-end control panel. 4)Site should be scale-able and able to handle huge traffic. 5) Custom work/plugin should have clean and clear code. 7) Site must be able to efficiently parse large amounts of data from online sources. 6) Site must efficiently interact with database. If needed database should be split/devided to handle different types of interactions. e.g. create a read-only slave of the master database server. 8) More than one site should be able to access unique and common tables and views. There are more things to be considered in order to achieve the over all goal of the site. WordPress as a platform is mature and provides a base to accomplish most of the objectives stated above easily.
