Build a VOTE feature in PHP

Hi, We are ready to start over the project. To make the voting unique, following are the suggestion: 1. We need to use Mobile number as unique identifier 2. Also to publish the vote, System will send the OTP to entered mobile number and after entering the OTP voting will be considered. So with this ways we can make the voting unique. You just required to purchase the SMS Gateway to integrate the OTP process. Please feel free to share your suggestion as well. HI, we have great team to achieve it . your thinking is correct we can use mobile SMS but problem is if any user use multiple mobiles then its problem , so what we can do one single user register with single mobile with ip tracking. there have problem too if he register with different user then how we track its same user ? its onlu possible if we have any db where we can identify mobile number owner information we can make 95% accurate voting . This will be easy to do. I just need to create one db table to save all the votes and another table to save the users that already vote. If you need to be a registered user to vote, I assume that you already store that user on a DB table with an id, or the email at least. My propose is to use that ID/Email, since both are unique, to control the votes only once. If you want this done by tomorrow we need to act fast. I will need access to your web hosting to put the files and tables and develop in your site
