You have to build the website from SCRATCH in PHP YII or Laravel. You can use the following website as a reference; http://londonbusinessshow.com. There is 10% delay penalty per-day & if you are not organised & professional enough to guarantee the timing-delivery & assure the penalty, then pls do not bid & do not waste anyone's time.. The deadline for this project with the changes, trial & error is 'TWO MONTHS including holidays & weekends. After the two months, the project must be delivered fully, with no bug or any problem and it must be live & fully working on employer server. After the two months, there will be 10% penalty per day for delay in delivering the full & live working website on the employer server. Milestone would be released after delivering full & live working website on my server. The budget is UPTO £2000. After one/two weeks, a basic version of the website with the full design must be live & working on employer server to keep the members active & float our current traffic & business.
