Build a template

Hi all, We are looking for a developer with experience in Joomla or Wordpress customizations, We want build a modern and responsive website based on one on the platforms mentioned above. The main purpose of our website is to showcase our products, like an on-line catalog if you like Some of the key features of the website would be responsive layout, drag and drop build template similar to 'SP Page builder' from joomshaper for easy customization, slider module for articles, a second slider module for displaying products over 3 columns, product search module with filtering option. Search return page should have filters on the left and the products displayed one after another vertically The product page should have product title, description and 6 extra fields including price, voting and product views feature, all these fields should also be the filtering options for the search function A similar website to what we require can be found at [login to view URL] Please note the website it is not e-commerce, we don`t plan to sell any of our products through the internet, therefore we wont need a checkout or add to basket feature but we would like to have 'add to quote' feature instead Hope there is enough information here to work with , we tried to list all the key requirements but feel free o ask questions if you have any
