Build a simple admin panel

I am looking for an professional expert who has been familiar with php, mysql, css and javascript. I want a developer to work on my PC remotely over teamviewer. When you are able to work remotely, all of details will be provided on my pc. Project Description SELENE (this is acronym for project) provides a Web interface (totally responsive) to manage medical sales agent network of a medium pharma industry. Is important that labels for forms and other are stored in a file so i can them (web interface has to be in italian). There are four fundamental functions: 1) Users / role – Here I can manage who can access to platform and to assign them a role (4 roles) 2) Anagraphic of doctors – Here I can manage with a form (insert, edit, delete) my db of doctors. It’is very important that Italy is divided in regions: director can manage doctors in the whole Italy, area manager can manage them only in his area and so agent can manage only his doctors. 3) Agenda – Here every agent can view and manage his calendar where he can store appointments with his doctors. The calendar provide a graphical interface where he can select a day to view/insert/delete appointment. Area manager can manage appointments for every agent assigned to him and director can manage appointments for the whole network. Style is the same of google calendar where an area manager can choose what calendar he want see (one of every agent) 4) Statistics – Graphics are generated dynamically by calculated value for appointments. Agent can view only his statistics (and graphics), area manager can manage statistics and graphics of his agent and director can view all.
