Greetings, Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. I have reviewed the Patron doc and am confident that I can help you build an outstanding system. This is a large project, as it involves a good deal of detail in program objects, database design and other considerations not mentioned in the document. For example; it is stated that the system should be available 24 hrs/day 365 days a year (even when a restaurant is closed). How do you plan to accomplish this? It will require access to the system from outside the restaurant, which implies a web-based / cloud system. It could also be made available by providing access to the restaurant's network via router configuration (in which case we would put together an intranet based web application. Another detail that seems to be missing is a table layout view. It is mentioned that the manager will have a table layout view that makes it easier to visualize and manage tables. I didn't see in the design any provision for creating a table layout. If a table layout component is needed, that may increase the cost of the system (I would look into third-party graphic libraries that basically do room layouts).
