Build me a postman bot

Hi! I am aware of Postman and also I understood your requirements. I have strong expertise on writing REST and Web APIs using Node.js and Python. Solution would be to setup a server which watches your computer for a new file and whenever a new file is detected it triggers and look for its data in database (SQL as you mentioned) and then post data on some website. Hi. My name is Peeravat and I'm working on a project to build a postman bot. If you are familiar with postman, awesome, if not, pls take a look. What we are trying to build is a program, similar to postman, that detects a new file created on a computer, and collects those data from SQL then post/upload those data on a website page.
