Hi, My understanding: 1. create an interface to fetch/retrieve or send/update patient(s) details using RESTful cliniko-api. 2. code in javascript 3. user will be prompt to fill its userid and then the details will be pulled using API 4. all these details will be send to admin in PDF format My Questions and suggestions: 1. you've mentioned to build a form in javascript. Do you meant this for validation purpose calling API's using javascript is not safe and in future the script might get block. Instead we will place all logics in server side language (PHP) and will call these methods with javascript. 2. DO you want this interface for staff of hospital or patients? I can put together this application using Amazon Web Services and Angular 6, it will be low-cost, scalable and secure. I've some questions about the design: How is the user id created? Is there login/authentication of patients? Can patients review/edit their information. The second and third points are easy to implement, in a reliable and secure manner. I'm not sure about the fourth point, who adds the treatment notes and attaches the patients id?
