Bug Fix wordpress site

I need some bug fixed in my wordpress website, the web site is [login to view URL] and these are the following task I need done: 1. The shipping cost has to be invisible until the address is inserted ( at the moment there are two kind of shipping in my wocommerce: 1. Delivery (only in milan) and it's always free - 2. Shippment 5,13€ (this cost is only if I ship product outside of milan and if the cart is lower that 45€). At the moment when a customer comes the defult settings of the web site show the cost for shipping of €5,13 even if no address has been inserted so they might think that there is a cost of €5,13 for the delivery even if its free. What I need is that the shipping cost does not appear until the address has been inserted 2. in the shop I would like to have a filter the products by brand 3. There is a bug with the VAT. For some addresses the VAT is added on top of the final price (ex. via valtellina 4 20159 milano, italia), this should not happen the VAT is already added to the price that is shown to the customer. I need to solve this problem and understand which other addresses have this bug. Look attached image 4. There is a withe space showing in between the home header and the first image in the home page, I would like to have the image full width with no white bar, this happens also in the mobile version and no menu shows in the mobile version. See image 5. There is a bug with the password login - if the wrong password is inserted twice the security systems block the IP of that person for a certain period of time. The settings of word fence are set to block the user after 20 attempts I have no idea why but it looks like if there is a script that is bugged and makes attempts on his own.
