All in one dating site with apps like skadate, badoo and others.

I need a website built for my dating site along with apps for ios and android. I`m looking for a person or team that would like to be apart of the idea and would be in this project for long term support and also will receive a small percentage of the sales. Ideally something like badoo / pof / tinder / match in one. The site design is based around a few well known sites and also memberships where users who pay open up better options for their experience. My idea is from 4 know apps plus a few features that are not freely about. I have added a few files to the post and would like to point out that I request anyone who bids to take on board that I would like someone who is happy to use some of my ideas for artboards that i made in sketch (not skilled but did a few wireframes to get my idea on someone) Ideally you will make the site and apps at cost and understand that your role will be on going as support on hand and will receive a percentage from sales each month. So a better site and user experience will bring in the sales, which of course goes in your pocket. I know from research on here and other sites, what prices the bidder should be looking at. I can already buy if need be a turn key site already and then pay to get it custom. Please NOTE the site/app must have the following: sign up/login by emails/Facebook/mobile number free users will be limited on what they can do and have and paid members get more features a yes/no like page to view members nearby a basic profile of gender, age, location, smoke, drive, kids etc to be able to have public and private photos social media links that can be requested and only after the user says yes can the requester see the pages/links first contact is from a LIVE taken photo, not stored photo or message and only when the other side likes can both sides chat. plus others like a user can limit on gender, age, smoke, kids ect who can see their profile and make contact users will be asked to buy memberships via apple/google store and also be great if can add stripe as well. free users will be limited to : messages per day, photos on accounts, videos on account. adverts on app, limted on who they can block and view.
