Bad idea to upgrade from drupal 7 to 8, there are few things: drupal 7 has different php version with drupal 8, this way will break your website, and you will spend alot of time to fix it and it will work with errors anyway, in this case I suggesting you to rewrite this site to php framework like laravel, symfony, yii2, zf2, it will be much faster to develop it and it will cost to you much less.
