I'd like to you to make simple video cutter based on HTML5 and ffmpeg. Object : Make features in this video clip [login to view URL] Details: 1) Customers upload video file (wmv, avi, mpeg, mp4, 3gp, mkv etc) 2) Decide 'starttime and endtime' to cut using opensource HTML5 video player. (works like on video, duration of cut-part time is set by Admin) 3) When click cut, ask "Are you sure?". When "yes" cut, change the resolution of the video, and save the cut version of the video. (Resolution size is also set by Admin) If the video's aspect ratio doesn't fit the admin's resolution size, cut the edge of the video to fit the resolution. (Don't break aspect ratio) All of this can be done using HTML5 and ffmpeg. You may use PHP, JS, Html5 on this script. No Flash! Opensource HTML5 player is free choice of yours. We will use this simple editor in commercial use. So please use commercially usable free opensource HTML5 video player.
