i can spend 50-100$ First application will be machine id based and also have login so if user open it it will ask for login. and when people give deatils and login it will check the machine id and login deatils . then 2 option . 1. email sender . it will have smtp port smtp pass smtp username smtp host from email from name victim name victim email template select link track link etc email sender must acept sendpulse , smtp2go,mailgun. 2. sms sender it will acept wavecell, twilio , pilvo, nexmo, smsgateway etc.
