System areas: 1- Intake System A complete intake system that will be used by the school staff to monitor and keep track the clients. Features: Client initial waiting list: • Short quick in-out form with dynamic fields with conditions rules • Automatic email reminders to be sent to the client by the admin if the client is on the top of the list • Phone log and email log tracking system • A dynamic interface Full Intake System • A full and dynamic fields with conditions rules, easy and user friendly forms to be filled by school admin to register the client in class. • Full tracking system and reporting • Easy add on fields in the future by school admin • Class and client based tracking system • Students absents auto notifications to school admins: for example a notification will be sent to the admin if the student has recorded 3 days absent from the class … etc. • Full attendance by class, and students reporting • Scheduling for class and teachers • Student’s database • Class teacher’s assignment • Printable filled forms to PDF • A dynamic interface 2- Attendance system • A fully integrated system to mark the attendance by school instructors. • Instructors will be able to track the student’s attendance daily • Instructors will be able to email their class with any notifications for example: emergency notices … etc. • A dynamic interface 3- Instructors time tracking • A full database system to allow school admins to track the instructor’s time and monitor their contracts. • Email and warning notification to be set to remind the admins, for example if the instructor contract will be ending soon, a notification email will be send to the supervisor to let him know that the instructor contract will end. • A full time sheet for all instructors • Reports System in general: • Need to be high a well writing and clean codes. • Intake and Instructors time tracking will be in the Joomla backend. • Attendance system will be in the front end • Password protected from the front end • Multi-level authorizations: Supervisor Admin staff, Admin staff and teachers. • Easy level will have different access level • Import from CVS to create field’s lists. • A dynamic interface with icons • Must work with Joomla 3 and future updates • Must be compatible and will have no conflict with Akabak Backup • I will provide with the forms when we discuss the project • Open for more ideas to smooth the system and make it effective
