Javascript code for website homepage filter

We have a Home Page of a website that needs some javascript written for it. We will pay Extra monies if the project is done correctly and within 2 days. This is the responsive home Page HTML. [login to view URL] How this is supposed to work is.... The Content blocks below the map will at first be category blocks. then... as the user zoomes into the map, the blocks should change to the business listings in the area they are zooming into. AirBnB does exactly the same thing. see : [login to view URL] The way it's supposed to work is like this.... User lands on the home page (zoomed out). When the user zoomes into a specific area on the map, or using the filter box, then 2 things needs to happen. 1. You need to make a call to the database with the long & latitudes of the zoomed in area (Ajax), the database will provide you with +- 50 listings for that area. Obviously, if the user zoomes in again, then this process repeats. You need to populate the map with those listings (markers), and populate the blocks below with the data in the object / array. The second thing you need to do, is to hook up that filter you see on the left hand side to do the same thing. We need this built into our home page ------------------------------------------------------------- Payment terms: We will create the milestones. Milestones will only be released if the work is done correctly. All work needs to be done on our server and in working order before payments gets released.
