Finish off incomplete wordpress plugin

Freelancer urgently required to finish off plugin a previous developer was working on. It is a quote plugin, that has products, they get added to a quote, and quote gets sent to the client. Everything else is completed, it is only the following aspects that need to be completed:
Front End:
On single category display, it must display the category title, description and image as specified in the backend.
Category hierarchy display needs to either use a menu format, or make use of the accordion function built into the theme.
Once quote is sent, the user must get confirmation email of his quote.
Quote must be sent to admin address and the sales rep selected
Quote proccesss must work.
If no image associated to product attribute, then must just display dropdown
Back end:
Product description field needs to have a editor (even if only a simplified one)
The quote is not sending. I checked my inbox and my spam box, and there was no quote received to either of the specified email addresses.
Autoresponder after 15 days and the edit autoresponder text section.
Other:
Search function needs to work for the products. Its essential. I don’t mind if it only works for the products and nothing else on the site.
Product Pagination needs to be tidied up, like normal sites please.
Product to be able to open in a new tab (otherwise how does google edit the products). Even if you want to add a button "More Info" if easier.
A colour select list needs to be added to the products (some products only have 1 fabric option, so for those it makes sense to add the colour options directly to that unique product). I am prepared to put 3e (woocommerce product convert) aside for this function.
