This is the first stage of a large multi-stage project. This will verify you have the skills needed to complete the next stages which will be paid as separate projects.
1) you will clone the project from our repository and post udpates back to the repository
2) Using an simple 2 field table in mysql (id, description), you will create a simple API controller in CI3 that accepts json to update the description field in the table based on the id value included (no authentication for this stage).
2) Using our [login to view URL] account and a 10-digit US phone number on the account that we have setup to forward to a URL on the webserver, you will create a php page in CI3 that outputs valid VoiceXML and uses Nexmo's prompt tag which will speak the text in the description field. The 10-digit US phone number will be the same number as the ID value in the database table.
