I need an app for both android and iphone (android, initially) that will start capturing data and uploading to a webserver (or mysql database) within a specified time. Data could be pictures/videos, text, geolocation, among others.
Conditions like user granted permissions and master-level permissions are also going to be explored and created.
The capture of data can be host, user, or system initiated. Same for the end of the capturing.
