If I was hired to build this site, I would build it in Python and PHP. Python would dynamically fetch the data and store it in a centralized database and then your deal site would fetch data from that database. It will load much faster this way and that is a good thing. Id be happy to work on this. I have over 14 years of programming experience. I am based in the United States and can be available by Skype if necessary for work calls.
