Customization to KLEO Wordpress site

Hi Folks I have a project site I started on a year ago. However I must admit I haven had the time or competences to see the project through on my own. Therefore I need some help with customizations and maybe a little development. The site is about teaching materials and is a community for teachers. I have attached a word document with changes I would like for the first phase. If the job is carried out with satisfaction, then I expect to have more ongoing tasks for the site. Site is built with Wordpress and the theme KLEO. Freelancers that have worked with the KLEO theme before, will be preferred.
