Custom Wordpress design based on flexible widget'able blocks

The following is a brief on a custom designed Wordpress project. IM ONLY LOOKING FOR INDEPENDANT FREELANCERS. This project will rely on building pages that consist x amount of full width blocks where each block can have different content. The setup for the content should be created as "different" templates that admin can easily relate to the block perhaps throuh some widget setup. Screenshot reference: [will be provided to whom I find interesting] The majority of this project will rely on these main points of functionality: 1. Admin can create x pages in the menu 1.1. Each page will consist of x amount of different content blocks 1.2. Admin can sort the order of the blocks on a page 1.3. Admin can choose which "template" the block should appear with (so admin have a pre-defined list of "template" blocks, like "video", "info", "2 column info" etc we've setup) 1.3.1. Each "template" block will have different fields to fill out 2. Normal Wordpress blog YOUR TASK: Frontend will be delivered, so you won't have to focus on this, but you'll naturally have to connect the frontend parts with the "template" blocks. - Create a "widget'able" setup that gives admin freedom to move around and create blocks needed for each page - Create the "connection" of relating a certain "template" to a block - Setup the an "ordinary" blog area (with posts and classic archive) MY THOUGHTS ON A POSSIBLE APPROACH: Your input and thoughts on making this maintainable with a clever approach is welcome. Screenshot with reference points: [will be provided to whom I find interesting] What I was thinking could be something based on a plugin like this/ or similar (could be inspiration): - Some setup with ACF [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Which would basically: - Allow to create a custom setup of widgets - Relate each block within the widget to our block "template" - Admin will create a page and insert a shortcode for the widget DEADLINE: Mid next week! So you would need to work flexible, start right away and work the coming weekend also. The project will need the following expertise: - Knowledge on skinning / creating custom themes - Knowledge on working with widgets and "building" pages with widgets - Knowledge on creating custom Wordpress plugin - Knowledge on hooking into other plugins - Knowledge on working with and creating shortcodes - Working with GIT
