Custom Wordpress Development - with Booked Appointments Plugin & Woocommerce, Woocommerce Subscriptions

Custom Wordpress Development We’ve created a Wordpress website using Woocommerce and the Booked Appointments component. Our site allows women to book beauty appointments with service providers that will come to their home. There is a monthly membership subscription using Woocommerce Subscriptions. We have a few features we’d like to add on to our existing site. If you have worked with the Booked Appointments and WooCommerce plugins before, that will get you to the top of the list! [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (example Booked Appointments page) Functionality we need to add: SERVICE PROVIDERS - Add/Manage service providers: First Name, Last Name, profile image, short bio, address, phone number, email address, willing to travel radius (5 miles /10 miles / 15 miles/ 25 miles / 50 miles), username and password - Create Service Provider dashboard area (accessible through the front-end of the website) for service providers to login and see upcoming and past Booked Appointments - Allow Service Provider to manage their own availability calendar that syncs up with time slots already established with the Booked Appointments plugin (all of the calendars and time slots have been setup already) - Allow Service Provider to cancel pending or scheduled appointments. If a Service Provider cancels, create email notification that alerts the client that the provider has cancelled with link to schedule with an alternate provider. - On the Service Provider dashboard, show total earnings over time. CLIENT BOOKS SERVICE PROVIDER - Once a client has booked an appointment, assign the closest and first available (miles radius) service provider for that appointment slot. - Add email notification that alerts Service Provider of their new booking, providing them with all of the client details. (There are already notifications in place for the Client) - Add reminder email notification that alerts Service Provider of booking 48 hours in advance. - Add an email notification that sends Service Provider information to client, including their name, profile pic, short bio, and phone number. ADD CUSTOM FIELDS TO CLIENT PROFILE - When a new user registers, have them complete the additional questions as part of their user profile. These user profile details should be included in the booking notification email that is sent to the Service Provider. - Will provide 10 additional custom profile fields for you to add to this page (Edit Profile tab): [login to view URL] (this is from the Booked plugin) SUBSCRIPTIONS Add Subscriptions tab to Profile page (we are using WooCommerce Subscriptions) [login to view URL] 3 levels of Monthly Subscriptions (monthly recurring payments and package description will be set up already with WooCommerce Subscriptions): Maintenance Bella Package $119/month can book 1 Hair Maintenance, 1 Mani/Pedi, 1 Eyebrow per month Element Bella Package $159/month can book 2 Hair Maintenance, 1 Mani/Pedi, 1 Eyebrow Arrive Bella Package $189/month can book 1 Premium Hair Service, 1 Mani/Pedi, 1 Eyebrow Add way of applying subscription credits when booking appointments - When user logs in, prompt them with Would you like to book an appointment? - If a client has purchased one of the monthly packages, allow them to book appointments for those services without charging them. If they try to book an appointment in addition to the number of services allowed in their package, notify them that they have used all of their package credits for the month, and the service will incur an additional cost.
