Custom Minecraft Plugin

I am currently looking for a custom minecraft plugin that is compatible with BungeeCord, therefore I could need assistance from a professional javascript programer. The general structure of the plugin is already given, since I want to use the idea of an already existing game and give it my own personal touch. I have written a detailed description of the vision I have stuck in my mind, however, the programer should bring a certain amount of self creativity to solve the task by himself.
