Creazione del template mobile per sito web esistente in joomla

Sono un programmatore esperto con un'attività professionale di più di 10 anni. Nel mio lavoro ho realizzato applicazioni complesse per portali web, usando i linguaggi PHP. Javascript, JQuery, MySql, CSS3. Ho delle buone conoscenze del CMS Joomla ed anche del framework Bootstrap (su cui è basato Joomla 3 e grazie al quale è possibile rendere il sito mobile friendly).
