Create working Wordpress theme from existing theme online conversion files

I have an existing site which I converted to Wordpress but the theme does not function (blog posts don't appear and graphics are not included). I am looking for someone to take the site / graphics and create a fully functional wordpress theme. Theme must include all resources / images within the ZIP (you can copy them from the existing sites). Theme must be white labelled (no developer identifying information). Theme must operate with latest version of Wordpress and support all normal functionality such as widgets. Theme can be based on an existing theme but must look the same as provided. You can view the theme at [login to view URL] which is a test wordpress site. I can provide the ZIP of the existing theme, however it does not include all the images etc. as these are cross linked to the existing production site.
