Create simple marketplace similar to Freelancer

We will set a commission, a percentage that the site gets (like Freelancer) for each transaction. 8) The item we sell, as mentioned, is a ticket that every seller user must upload as a file on the platform (pdf, or jpg, or png). Caution: The file can only be viewed by the site administrator. Users who don’t buy the ticket obviously can’t and must not see the file. When the buyer buys the ticket then he can view the file and download it. 9) Enable notifications via email. 10) The user who has accumulated money on the account can request to withdraw them only if he provides all the necessary data and a copy of the identity document. 11) The administrator can modify everything and must always approve the publication of EVERY post.
