Create a hot folder/Plugin for magento

Hi , I am look for a Magento developer to create a plugin or hot folder to work on Magneto eCommerce site. The idea is that we make it really easy to upload images for editing without the clients leaving the magento environment, the images simply come to use first for editing then we replace them See below a brief I have been working on....... HOT FOLDER OPTION Each customer would have to have a separate account created on the current FTP system. Using these details they would be able to upload the images via the admin / FTP client to a folder named "inbound" ( or equivalent ). These folder would either be manually checked or an script developed in studio which checks for images/new images then the image processed. Once complete, they would be uploaded to a different folder called, say, "completed". The module in Magento would keep track of whether it was expected to download images or not. If it was it would poll the completed folder on a regular basis, i.e. every 5 min. Once it saw a new image there, it would download it and associate it with the correct product and replace it, It would know this by requiring a strict naming Convention for each image, i.e. [login to view URL] Once the image had been downloaded, the module would update itself to indicate that it was no longer expecting that image, and adjust whether it still needed to poll for images. At the same time it would also move the image from the "completed" folder to a different one, i.e. "downloaded" so future requests would not get attempt to process the image again. =>My budget for job is max $150 Please let me know your thoughts Look forward to hearing from you.
