Create a Wordpress Template

I am looking to establish a long term relationship with a designer who can help me set up a Multisite/Buddypress based Social Networking Platform. I have already installed the KLEO theme (with Demo data) and all plugins I will be using in conjuction with KLEO. Since I will be using GeoDirectory I am also considering buying their extensions to have a better integration between GeoDirectory and BuddyPress. I am more interested in the technical and design help than a quick turnaround, for the sake of getting to resolve my issues at a low cost. Here is what I need to be able to do: 1. Main site at [login to view URL] will be a GeoDirectory of startup companies that will present information as listed on [login to view URL] for example: [login to view URL] 2. Also on same main site GeoDirectory to present events posted by these startups. 3. Then I need to set up BuddyPress based Multisite networks as Regional Hubs Subdomains at [login to view URL] The model is for every BudyPress Network to be managed by their Regional Hub Owner. SO that the corresponding membership subscription for each subdomain (Regional Hubs) is apply to each user who lives in such region. Every user will access to all networkds but their membership fees will belong to the Regional Hubs Owners.
