our client is rebranding his company and has decided to move his new website to wordpress. we are looking for a partner who would design a wordpress template tailored specifically to client's needs, and do it fast. the current website of the client is [login to view URL] (it is only in czech and so should be the template, so all standard parts of every page (like the count of comments, date publisher, page footer, etc.) need to be in czech instead of english. the new domain will be [login to view URL] (ipsd is short for "the records management institute") and new logo was designed (see attachment). the design of the template should reflect that. the client is a non for profit organization focused on infromation and records management, information governance, etc. (you may get some perspective of the clients background and activities at [login to view URL]; it is necessary to say the client splits from irms uk and forms a new independent subject). the template should feature both articles and news storries, there will be mutlilevel structure of pages and the template should reflect that (a menu or some other form of navigation will be required). please apply only with a sketch of the design proposed, otherwise your offer will not be considered. should you need any more infromation, do not hesitate to ask ... kind regards, sandra casear
