Create a WordPress Template

Hello we wish to re-do this website: [login to view URL] It is currently in wordpress and we have a new home page design as attached, and wish to first develop a wordpress theme for this design attached. It is only an image at this stage for easy viewing, we will provide PSD to the successful bidder. The following needs to be considered: A. We’re not sure if it is best to perform an upgrade and new theme on the current wordpress implementation or to develop a new theme on a new instance of wordpress and then migrate the data in, we leave this up to you but would like to hear about your proposed approach in your bid. This project is for the theme development only we will develop further projects to work through importing the other content – but would like a plan in place first. B. We will be providing an inner page design for the product pages at a later date and will create a separate project to get this implemented (and as mentioned importing the content) C. We need to ensure that the new version of the site adheres to the latest in SEO coding practices, that by re-doing the site our SEO will be improved rather than downgraded D. The ‘buy commercial and Industrial dehumidifiers etc line needs to be the h1 E. The ‘welcome to fral’ blue section needs to load separate content on click of ‘quick turn around’ and ‘get the right product the first time’ this could also auto slide. The background image will stay the same F. We want to improve our Google speed test results. They are currently 32 on a mobile and 48 on desktop. G. The theme also needs to be mobile responsive – we have only shown the desktop version and the implementation of the mobile version needs to be user friendly but we can discuss with you as we go on what you think is best. H: we would love if you could use bootstrap, as we are also familiar with it and long term will make it easier to make changes I. We want to know you team size, communication skills and efficiency.
