Situation: We receive automated emails from [login to view URL] when a client expresses interest in using our lending services. This email is from a do-not-reply Zillow email address and the email address for the client is in the body of the email message. Goal: We want to have an auto-reply that immediately responds to the client, at their email address, with a preset message. Problem: Outlook’s built in rules cannot fulfill our goal because the desired reply-to address is in the body of the email message — it is not the From address. Request: We understand that we can have an Outlook rule trigger a Visual Basic macro/script. What we need is a VB solution that would be triggered by the receipt of a pertinent Zillow message and would parse the message body for the client’s email address then send the preset message to that address.

I will provide you VBA macro script under outlook which will be triggered once the message arrive to your outlook inbox or any outlook folder you like. You will be able to change the email template as you like with no need to change the script. I can get another fields from the email such as customer name,,etc I have my own tools which will make this task fast and accurate
