Create Android & IOS Chat App in 5 Hours -- 2

1. We need a very basic mobile application for Android and IOS for mainly Chat purpose. 2. We want to send notifications to the user using the app. 3. Mobile number verification 4. My account page displaying basic information about client's plan/service. 5. Main functionality would be chat, you can use a third party chat API or if any better option, we want user to be easily able to reach us in 1 tap. 6. Panel to send notifications, update My Account Info & to Chat We don't pay advance. We don't do negotiations on our prices. We would pay Rs. 2,000 in total for both IOS and ANDROID version of app. This is a time bound project, we can only give 5 hours for this. But If you are able to deliver what we require in our budgets and time frame, we can handover bigger projects to you. We have many projects lined up, looking for someone who fits in our requirements.
