Convert a Python/Matplotlib code to PHP

How the script works: The [login to view URL] script will call eBay to retrieve a list of sold listings corresponding to a search query. The data is saved to a csv file called data.csv. During this time, PHP calls the python script, "[login to view URL]", which does the following: -Load [login to view URL] -Compute statistical results (historgram, average, means, standard deviation, percentile) -1000 Bootstrap re-sampling on the data set to get a measure of what's called "Variance of the means" -Generate plots: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] -All the statistical results are passed back to PHP through JSON format. The script finishes by outputing to HTML. Requirements -Program files: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] -eBay developer token. Place it in [login to view URL] line 7 (or variable $appid). -Python and Matplotlib What I want to accomplish is to eliminate python and matplotlib and replace it with php while still retaining the same type of outcome & data. For example we still need to see charts and the exact numbers. I cannot get matplotlib to work on my server and just need the same data to be processed in a more compatible code. I also need this set up in a framework like cakephp or something similar. You would be converting the python/matplotlib code to php or something compatible and setting the files up in a cakephp framework for future ability to add on.
