GENERAL :
We need PC (Windows) based scripts for bulk (mass) advertising messages to bulk mobile phone contact list via messenger mobile application or chat services such as Telegram, Viber, Wechat, Line, Tango, imo, Facebook messenger individually. The software (script) must run on windows PC.
1- BULK SENDING SOFTWARE:
• Bulk raw database contact list (selected country data) can be uploaded in bulk mobile in TXT or EXCEL file format (each file includes 10k or more phone numbers). Software must be able to send targeted messages in mass (min 60-70 messages per hour).
2- BULK FILTERING SOFTWARE:
Script automatically checks, filters and saves which phone number in the uploaded CONTACT LIST has installed the given platform on their device. These new databases (the filtered numbers) must be saved separately for future usage by the sending software. As follows, if the phone number is registered for the given service. For each of the services, the user profile information should be accessible with web API (First Name, Last Name, Name, User ID, profile picture, status, gender, geo location, email, address…).. The total filtering rate should be at a minimum 50k per hour.
