I have an issue to fix on my Italian WooCommerce (Wordpress) heavily customized by a Freelancer author.
My WooCommerce make complex calculation on taxes application and there is an ISSUE TO FIX on the taxes for REST OF THE WORLD customers.
The calculation have to break off the taxes for R.o.t.w. customers (ex: Canada // No Italy, No Europe) and at first sight this doesn't work.
You can check trying to buy an item with a "Canadian" account.
The particular issue is that: if you use a canadian (or Sri Lanka, or what you want outside of Europe) account this doesn't work. But if you start a purchase with country set to Canada, change to another country, and re-set to Canada, the calculation is fine.
I think there's a little issue on the calculation.
Second issue but less important is check all the core to make WP updates and WooCommerce core updates.
