Change current navigation in WordPress website

In a WordPress website there are 2 navigation menus. The site like it is now looks like this: [url removed, login to view]

There should be an extra tabbutton on the top, instead of 3 there will be 4. And there will be less buttons on the left. This should look like this: [url removed, login to view]

When you hover over the current 3 tabbuttons at the top there is a drop down menu. This should change in this way: You click on one of the tabbuttons, then there is coming an extra navigationmenu next to the other navigation in the black line. The tabbutton and the color of the right side of the navigation changes in the same color so you see this is active. Like you see in this example: [url removed, login to view] The orange navigation buttons should have the option to have a dropdown navigation.

For the mobile navigation. This is how it looks now: [url removed, login to view] It should look like this: [url removed, login to view] Here you see the top 4 buttons have different colors and are inbetween the navigation that is in the black.

The current newspage should be devided into 4 categories. The should be 1 newspage with all the items and 4 pages with newsitems for the different categories. When the make a newsarticle in WordPress the should be able to make a choise and select the item will show in the page with all the articles and in one or more of the categoriepages.
