Chandilier exit -2 -- 2

I want to add % based 3 target and also when the target achived and close below the price then it should intiate the short position .e.g 8500 is the first target for buy and its achived with the candel high 8510 and low 8590 .in the next candels if the price close below the target candel low then it should ititate the short signal i.e. below 8590 .and it should also take exisitng stop loss and again it should calculate the target
