I am using a plug in to add extra charges for COD and it seems to be working fine on front-end of a desktop. (Free Shipping on online payment) Now, when it comes to backend, the problem is that Magento has a default functionality of shipping and handling which is there on my backend as FREE. and it always shows free. Is there an option to show the right thing? like show free only when its an online payment, and show COD with extra charges for Cash on delivery payment. (And give me an option selecting payment method too) PFA images of a cod order where this is written in front end which works perfect as we hid shipping and handling. Well there is no issue as such, but the communication should be right in the backend as [login to view URL] developer says we can't do anything about it since Magento doesnt allow us to add extra charges to COD order. but i really want to solve this.

Sounds like you need to customize the extension. You need a developer that can understand both extension to achieve what you want. I can help you, but your budget is too low for this task. It is quite difficult, you know.
